This one comes from Jeannine. Haven’t tried it, and have no idea on the nutritional info, but it looks really good! Email me a pic if you make this and I’ll post it here!

3 – 8oz blocks cream cheese
3/4 cup splenda
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract (I used True Lime and lemon for key lime flavor)

Mix cheese and splend until smooth, add eggs and extracts and beat until smooth. Pour into 9×14 buttered pan and bake at 325 for one hour or until center is set. Take from oven. WAIT 10 minutes and pour topping (below) over.

1 pint sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c splenda
mix and pour
