I made this up this morning, and oh boy, what a treat! It is better than any Atkins Shake I’ve ever had and is cheaper and more filling too! This will definitely become a part of my breakfast arsenal. Pair it with a couple of pieces of bacon and you’re good to go! Super easy and super yummy. Word of warning…if you are in induction, this is not for you. Sorry. But if you can make it through your two weeks you can add nuts (and peanut butter) and still stay in induction.
2 tablespoons Laura Scudder’s Natural Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Jay Robb’s Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
6 cubes of ice
Put everything except the ice in a blender and blend it until everything is mixed up well. Then add one ice cube at a time, blending it until you don’t hear the snap crackle pop of the ice anymore. Then add another cube and so forth and so on.
