Taco Soup

2 lbs ground beef

1 10 oz can ro-tel

80 g. sliced onion

1 tsp chili powder

4 c. water

2 c. beef broth

35 g. taco seasoning

15 0z can black soy beans (drained)

Brown the hamburger meat and drain off the grease.  Put the meat, tomatoes, onion, and chili powder in a crock pot.  Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.  Stir in taco seasoning and soybeans, re-cover and continue cooking for 4 more hours.

Pretty good served as shown below with 1/4 c. shredded cheese and one serving sour cream.
