Tara’s Herbed Pork Tenderloin

pork tenderloin
3 Tablespoons fresh basil chiffonade
2 Tablespoons fresh italian parsley
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
sprinkle (Dash) cayenne pepper
juice of a lemon and the zest
1/4 cup of Good Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
[Thats the sauce]
Bake the pork tenderloin in a hot oven like 425 for 25-30 minutes till done. Season the loin with sea salt and pepper before baking.

When it comes out of the oven let it rest a few minutes then slice it up in 1″ slices and spoon the sauce over the pork and serve. The sauce is a no cook sauce. so use good olive oil that you like the taste of
