Shelby’s 20 Minute Seasoned Chicken and Veggies


-6-8 boneless skinless chicken tenders (defrosted)
-2 tbspn olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your pan)
-1 tspn salt
-1/2 tspn black pepper
-1 tspn garlic powder
-1 1/2 tspn rosemary
-2 tspn paprika
-veggies of your choice to fill in around the chicken in your pan (broccoli, cauliflower & red peppers are good choices)


Coat bottom of large sautee pan with olive oil. Set fire to low/medium heat. Arrange chicken tenders & veggies in pan. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary & paprika. Using a teaspoon, sprinkle 1/2 of the seasoning mixture over the chicken & veggies. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip chicken & mix veggies. Sprinkle remaining seasoning mixture over chicken & veggies. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat flipping chicken & mixing veggies every 5 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
