Paula Dean’s Shrimp Dip

Tammy posted this one the other day.  I saw the same episode on Food Network and let me tell you, this stuff sounds pretty darned good!

1 lb small shrimp
1 T butter
1 C red pepper
1 C green onions
1/2 C mayo
1 small container sour cream
1 C Parmesan cheese
1 C mozarella cheese

Saute veggies in butter until soft, add shrimp and other ingredients. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
