Helena’s Cornbread Muffins

Grain Free Cornbread Muffins
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup butter
½ t salt
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Combine ingredients and divide into sprayed muffin pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 min. or until slightly golden.

12 servings: 123 cal; 11.39 fat; 2.13 g carb; 1 g fiber; protein 4.15g; 1.13g NC

Add ½ cup chopped onion: same amt of servings: 126 cal; 11.39 fat; 2.81 g carb; 1.1 g fiber; 4.21g protein; 1.71 g NC
