George’s Simple Tuna and Stir-Fry

1 6.4 ounce packet albacore tuna
5 cups size package frozen stir-fry veggies (pick out the carrots if you are not in pre-maintenance phase 3 before you eat the meal)
enough oil to well cover the bottom of the wok pan
1 to 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 to 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Cook frozen stir-fry veggies in oil until cooked thoroughly (see package directions)
Add the tuna and mix in
Add soy sauce and lemon juice and mix in
Cook additional 3 minutes for the tuna to get hot
