1 egg white
3/4 c. granulated splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 c. pecans
Preheat oven to 325. Line cookie sheet with a lunch sack that you cut to make it big an flat. Spray the crap out of it with pam.
Whisk the egg white until it is frothy. Whisk in splenda and cinnamon to make a paste. Stir in the pecans to coat. Spread the nuts on the lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before breaking the nuts apart. When you cook it, it smells like those places in the mall.
