1 tbsp butter
100g brussel sprouts, chopped
2tbsp cream cheese OR sour cream
1/4 cup ham or bacon, chopped
1/2 tsp mustard (any)
Sautee the brussel sprouts in butter until soft, stir in cream cheese and ham, and mustard, stirring until heated through. Serve immediately.
This works well as a full meal with chicken, too, but is also just as nice as a side dish for 2 people.
