Janet’s Pumpkin Crunch-Less


1 cup servings heavy cream

2 TBS fiberfit liquid splenda (splenda equivalent to 1 cup sugar)

1 29 oz can pumpkin

3 extra large egg

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)


Mix all ingredients bake at 375 for 50 minutes, until knife comes out clean. Probably best topped with whipped cream
