OMG! I made these at Christmas for Santa Clause (ie me) and holy Rudolph these were good!
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar added)
1 cup granulated Splenda
1 T vanilla
1 large egg
Mix all ingredients well. Drop by spoonfuls on to a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350
Yield 15 servings (1 cookie)
